National Alzheimer's Project Act (NAPA) Becomes Law. As passed by Congress and signed by President Obama, NAPA will ensure our nation has what Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius calls an "aggressive and coordinated national strategy" to confront the present and rapidly escalating Alzheimer crisis (Alzheimer's Association).
