Care Partner, non-medical in home care services

Dynamic Senior Solutions is looking for caring and compassionate senior care providers to become a part of our team and join our mission of enhancing the lives of individuals diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and dementia related diseases throughout our community. We provide a variety of non-medical services that allows individuals to remain for a longer amount of time in their home. We want the patient and the family to have peace of mind during this challenging journey and to always feel a sense of purpose, possibility, and hope.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Person-centered care
Companionship and conversation
Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
Medication and appointment reminders
Assistance with grooming and bathing
Assistance with toileting and incontinence issues
Individual cognitive assessment & care plan
Dementia education (includes dealing with difficult behavioral issues)
Frustration free environment
Physical exercise including balance, strengthening, and coordination
Engaging/interactive respite care
Grocery shopping
Laundry

Previous experience preferred, but not required — skills training provided.

Requirements:

Ability to treat and care for people and their property with dignity and respect
Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
High school diploma; GED
Must be able to complete a criminal background check, DMV check and drug screen
MUST possess a valid driver’s license, vehicle registration, and valid auto insurance
